I'm giving Fury's Promise 3 & 1/2 stars. West focus (you can find the table of contents through Google Books,) but eastern birders should find useful information here too as many species also occur in their region. Arrived in the mail very quickly, the booster pack had a nice selction of ships. I strongly recommend this book and author.
