This is a great read. So these two books Voices volume I and volume II are the resulting spiritual journey of 28 years from being an atheist to a baby Christian to understanding the Mysteries and Wisdom of God. It has space for journaling as well as a surprisingly comprehensive list of foods and their nutritional content. It was a good book to get ideas for my center time.
